Hunters has signed a six-year agreement to use Zoopla-backed Alto’s agency software.
All of Hunters 200-plus branches and any additional offices added to its network during the contract period will have access to the cloud-based software during the contract period.
Agents will be able to use a range of functionalities including a new API, tenant document sharing and new webinar style training.
The product and technology teams of both businesses will work closely together to create software functionality to help Hunters, acquired by The Property Franchise Group last year, achieve its plans for growth across both their sales and lettings operations.
Andy Marshall, chief commercial officer at Zoopla, said: “We’re extremely pleased that such an ambitious brand has chosen Alto as their software partner of choice and decided to invest in our vision and strategy for the future.
“We look forward to working closely together on features and functionality to ensure that Hunters is truly set up for success, both now and in the coming months and years.”
Gareth Williams, managing director at Hunters, added: “The most important consideration for us when choosing our software partner was to provide our customers, the franchisees, with a solution to automate ‘back office’ practices, allowing them to concentrate on generating new business.
“With an exciting innovation roadmap rolling out over the next year, we are confident that Alto is the best software provider to support our franchisees and further strengthen their ability to focus on growing their business.”
