United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty is ramping up its offering with a new countryside office situated just outside of Cobham in Downside, Surrey.
It becomes the fifth office for the luxury property brand in the UK.
Headed by industry veterans, Nat Bracegirdle and Alex Collins, the new team brings an extraordinary combined 40 years of experience to Sotheby’s clientele.
Bracegirdle, previously recognised as the top fee earner for Knight Frank in Elmbridge and the Home Counties, has two decades of experience specialising in Cobham, Oxshott, Esher, Walton-on-Thames and Weybridge.
Collins has a track record handling some of the largest country house transactions. Having spent the past four years in Surrey and through extensive travel across the UK, he has established an impressive network.
