Agents should use a mixture of next-generation 3D style technology and traditional, old-school estate agency to allow them to thrive. That's the main take-home from our latest video interview, in which our reporter Chris Buckler - a London agent himself - chats to Nathan Penn from FocalAgent.
Penn has been Head of New Business at FocalAgent - which describes itself as the UK’s leading visual content partner for ambitious estate agents - since February 2020, but was an agent himself in a past life, working for firms including Countrywide, Dixons Countrywide and Reeds Rains.
In this video - which is just under five minutes long - he discusses the importance of using 3D technology from suppliers such as Matterport, why old-school estate agency still matters to make sellers feel special, wanted and engaged, and why PropTech is important to ensure agents have the widest offering possible.
