Two of London’s highest profile buying agency operations have announced new team members.
Prime Purchase - the buying arm of Savills - has appointed Lindsey Webb, who has already worked in the prime central London market for a decade.
She will work with PP’s London head, Guy Meacock, plus Jazmin Atkins, who deals mostly with the north London market, and James Watts who works on buying properties for clients’ children, investors and high-end first-time buyers up to £2m.
Meanwhile rival agency Sourcing Property has appointed Oli Russell, who has spent five years developing and leading an in-house property acquisition service for a top 25 City law firm. He has worked in central London property for a decade.
Establihed nine years ago, Sourcing Property is now a seven-strong operation based in South Kensington. It claims to have clients from 37 different countries.
