Arun Estates has introduced a new profit-share scheme for its staff.
The profit share scheme is offered across all four of the Arun Estates brands – Cubitt & West, Douglas Allen, Pittis and Wards – and their mortgage business, Mortgage Matters Direct, the scheme will aim to benefit staff.
Aldo Sotgiu, group managing director of Arun Estates, said: “Our focus on creating the very best environment for our staff has always been a driving force behind our success and this new initiative is just another way that we are striving to reward and recognise our teams.”
