Agency Express, the UK’s largest provider of agency board services, has now introduced an app to allow clients to enjoy board-management while on the move.
Some 40 per cent of all UK estate and letting agency boards are operated by Agency Express, with its 100 operational centres handling over 90,000 visits to properties each month on average.
Now its SignMaster3 service allows agents to access a number of functions directly from their mobile phone or tablet.
It allows a user to communicate with their dedicated operator, request new boards, update slips, retrieve existing boards, view the status of an existing board - when it was last visited, for example - as well as monitoring board stock and showing the precise location of the nearest board when an agent is on the move.
‘We’ve spent over a decade refining our services and developing SignMaster3 so that we can provide the industry with a cost effective, time efficient way to manage boards on a daily basis” says Agency Express managing director Stephen Watson.
He says the app gives agents “a visual representation of their market penetration offering the perfect mobile sales tool for any modern agent.”
