Property recruitment consultancy Deverell Smith has snapped up a residential director from CBRE to head up its expanding estate agency division.
Ana Hutchinson was most recently residential chief operation officer at CBRE, having personal experience of having been an investment landlord, an estate agent and part of CBRE management.
She has also spent five years at Grainger Plc, during the setting up of its in-house UK lettings team, as well as spending time at Chesterton’s.
Hutchinson says her focus will be on developing client relationships and making client satisfaction her main priority.
