Hybrid estate agency EweMove has announced five new branches bringing its total to 62 - with more to come, it claims.
The agency - which operates partly online but also has some High Street branches - says its latest franchisees are in Woodford, Cheltenham, Wakefield, Chelmsford and Stapleford, and Sandiacre.
Glenn Ackroyd, the so-called ‘Head Shepherd’ of EweMove, says he advises what he calls his 'new lambs' with a team of back office staff who have been involved in agency since 2005 and offer central services to individual franchisees.
“This allows franchisees to focus on what they are good at, which is providing first class, local personal customer service. Not only that, by stripping away the staffing costs associated with a typical high street agent, EweMove franchisees are better positioned to enjoy higher profits from a highly efficient, low cost operating model” Ackroyd claims.
