Chartered surveying firm e.surv has announced the appointment of a new corporate governance director.
Beginning in September, Paul Collins will be responsible for the further development, design and implementation of risk management solutions.
He will oversee the effectiveness of the Risk & Audit and Technical & Compliance functions, and will work alongside the business and clients to agree and maintain an ongoing risk plan, developing processes that enable strong business accountability and awareness of risk at various levels of management.
Collins has over 20 years’ experience in fraud and risk management, both in the UK and the USA, and most recently held a senior role with Lloyds Banking Group, where he was responsible for application fraud prevention and detection operations for retail products, and had oversight of property risk.
“With his specialist knowledge, I am certain Paul will be a valuable asset to e.surv. He will play an important role in delivering our ambitious growth plans and we are very pleased to be welcoming him to the business,” says e.surv managing director, Ronan Jennings.
Collins himself added: “I am looking forward to the challenge of working with the market leader in the residential valuation sector and supporting its impressive list of blue chip clients.”
