London estate agency Foxtons is set to continue its expansion with the opening of two new branches next month.
The new offices will be in Surbiton and Croydon, bringing the firm's total up to 58 throughout London, Surrey and Middlesex.
In celebration of the launches, Foxtons has been offering its well-known '0% promotion', giving local vendors the opportunity to sell their home for free.
The agency says that at recent launch weekends for both branches, its teams of sales and letting agents welcomed local residents with 'freshly baked muffins and other goodies'.
“We are pleased to be continuing our expansion as planned, opening five new branches earlier this year and adding the latest two offices to our network in September,” says Andrew Weir, Foxtons' managing director.
“Our expansion plan currently focuses on the Outer London areas which are continuing to show considerable growth, and we look forward to bringing our 34 years of knowledge and expertise in the property market to the local communities.”
In the past, Foxtons has received a negative response from local residents as well as rival agents when trying to enter new areas.
In June, Foxtons received a blow in its attempt to turn a south London pub into a new office after resistance from local campaigners.
