Foxtons is preparing to open its Croydon office on Saturday - the 58th for the company across Middlesex, Surrey and London.
As is now customary, the agency is offering 0 per cent commission for early instructions in the neighbourhoods covered by the new office.
This is expected to be the final Foxtons branch opening this year although a statement on the agency's website claims that "2016 will see continued growth with all offices due to launch, already identified and secured."
The statement continues: "[2016] will be another thrilling year in the expansion of the company where we will be spreading into new and exciting areas on the perimeters of London as well as in Surrey, bringing us to a total of 65 branches by the end of the year."
Andrew Weir, Foxtons managing director, says: "Our expansion strategy currently focuses on the outer London areas which are continuing to show considerable growth, and we look forward to bringing our 34 years of knowledge and expertise in the property market to these local communities."
