An employee of an estate agency in Newcastle has been accused of stealing nearly £400,000 from the company over the course of a decade.
The Newcastle Chronicle reports that Angela Clift has appeared in the city's magistrates' court charged with taking the money from her employers at Keith Pattinson Estate Agents between 2005 and 2015.
She is reported to have not entered a plea to one count of theft.
The prosecution said Clift was accused of stealing £397,896.38.
