Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has opened two new offices, taking its London-wide network to well over 50 branches.
The new offices are in Fulham SW6 and Catford SE6 while work has also started on new sales and lettings branches in Earls Court and Clerkenwell, and new lettings offices in Southfields and Battersea Park, all scheduled to open during the first half of 2016.
“Opening Catford and our second branch in Fulham strengthens our coverage in South East and Central London, and follows the launch of our new branches in South Kensington, Marylebone, Brockley and Canada Water during 2015” says Lee Watts, KFH’s managing director.
Ronke Maye and Natalie Smith have been appointed sales and lettings managers of the new Catford branch, with Katherine Wells managing the new sales team and Charlotte Adams the lettings team in Fulham.
These agents combined have worked at KFH for over 20 years.
The staff headcount at KFH now exceeds 800.
