One of the three approved Ombusdman-style operators, the Property Redress Scheme, is to hold its first agents’ workshop in March.
The morning workshop - at the Strand Palace Hotel in London on Wednesday March 16, which is Budget day - will include PRS head of redress Sean Hooker, talking about how agents deal with a complaint can have a significant impact on how quickly and successfully it is resolved.
Also speaking will be Landlord Action founder Paul Shamplina and Suzy Hershman who is head of dispute resolution at mydeposits. There will also be a demonstration of an inventrories app.
