Rightmove’s commercial director Miles Shipside, who makes relatively few appearances at industry events, is to be a speaker at the NAEA annual national conference to be held in London on February 9.
He is billed as revealing “some insights from research following the journeys of buyers and sellers.”
He will be joined by keynote speaker Mark Palmer - marketing director at Pret A Manger - as well as Peter Andrews from the Bank of England. Sally Bundock, a business and financial journalist at the BBC will host the event.
The programme will cover subjects such as marketing and sales tips, techniques to improve personal performance, the wider economic backdrop in relation to the evolution of lending.
“The housing market continues to dominate the political and news agenda, and the conference provides a good opportunity for attendees to learn from peers, discuss and debate a range of topics affecting them in the sector, and build their knowledge” says David Mackie, the NAEA president.
The event, at 155 Bishopsgate in the capital, is the largest annual conference of its kind and a key calendar event for those working within the estate agent industry in the UK.
