More Christmas office pictures - and here's Santa cutting the ribbon...

We start today’s Christmas fun with an estate agency in Devon which has gone one step further than simply decorating an office for the festive season - it’s persuaded Santa Claus to open its latest branch.

East of Exe, which operates in Exeter and east Devon, opened its second branch in the estuary town of Topsham, allowing it to split its sales and lettings operations into separate offices. 

Santa cut the ribbon with agency partners Ian Garcia and Chris Taylor before welcoming local children in to the office to give them a festive gift. 

“We’ve had a fantastic 2016 and seen our business continue to grow strongly on both sides of our business - this second office gives us the opportunity to have dedicated offices for both sales and lettings in Topsham” explains Ian.

We head up north to our next festive agency - Bolton-based Miller Metcalfe, which is one of the largest independents in the north west.

This agency has created a fun 30-second video of its decorations, complete with music and a chilly-looking snow effect. Many thanks to Devon Metcalfe for sending it to us.
