It may have been a challenging year for parts of the industry but there’s no lack of motivation when it comes to decorating offices - and thanks so much to so many agents for sharing their festivities with Estate Agent Today readers.

And finally we pop to London to see the Century 21 office in Putney - and unless we’re very much mistaken, Father Christmas has paid an early visit, safeguarding the branch until opening time. Thanks for sending us this fun picture.
