The ESTAS awards have a new main category sponsor - PropTech company OneDome.
The OneDome service, launched last month, provides free-to-use information to prospective buyers and renters to allow them to learn about, and compare, London localities on a postcode basis.
The start-up will sponsor and present the Estate Agent Award categories alongside the ESTAS’ regular host, TV personality Phil Spencer.
“As an industry, we need to work together to optimise the customer service we offer, while also improving the productivity and profitability of estate agents in the UK. OneDome is collaborating with the property industry and we already have a number of innovative property-focused technology products in the pipeline” explains Babek Ismayil, founder and chief executive of One Dome.
“We develop user-friendly tools to make the end to end property process faster and more efficient for consumers. High quality user experience and customer feedback is at the heart of all our products, so it’s great to be taking part in such an important scheme and to be able to reward the estate agents that champion customer satisfaction surveys” he says.
The ESTAS - which is also supported by Angels Media, publisher of Estate Agent Today and Letting Agent Today - is the national award scheme which recognises the best estate agents, brokers and conveyancers in the residential property industry based on customer-led research.
“We’re excited to have OneDome on board as one of our main partners for 2017. Our partners believe in our philosophy that the best way to judge the performance of agents and other firms involved in the house moving process is to ask the people who have experienced their services – the customers” says Simon Brown, the ESTAS founder.
The ESTAS awards ceremony takes place on May 12 next year - more details here.
