Spotted! First Christmas jumpers seen in our latest agency pictures...

Your terrific Christmas pictures continue to drop like snowflakes - thanks very much to everyone who has contributed to our daily festive fun.

So, first we’re off to lovely Great Missenden in Buckinghamshire to see the first reported sighting of Christmas jumpers and Santa outfits on these pages this year.

Here we see, from left to right, Joanne Draper, Danny Wynyard-Wright and Nicole Cox getting The Wye Partnership sleigh ready - with reindeer Summer, Rosie, Basil and Sybil champing at the bit (one of them hiding, as it looks as if there are only three).

Next let’s go to East Finchley, north London, where the team at Jeremy Leaf & Co have done a splendid job adding snowflakes and baubles to their front window.

Jeremy, a former RICS residential chairman, is often quoted on EAT and is an enthusiastic early morning tweeter of our stories - so we’re more than happy to show his team’s great effort.

Finally today, we’re up north to Lymm in Cheshire for a sideways look at the decorations in Banner & Co’s office.
