With little more than 10 days to go before we all down tools for a well-earned Christmas break - even if it’s just for a few days - your terrific agency photographs and Mannequin Challenges are still hitting our inbox.
We’re keen to show as many as we can between now and our final EAT before Christmas, on December 23, so please send pics of your office decorations, your festive jumper days or your office parties (polite pics please!) to press@estateagenttoday.co.uk.

First off today we have shots from The Property Studio’s fine looking front window of its office at East Barnet - thanks so much to Amy Mayhew for sending them in.
Next we’re off to Beaconsfield where there’s a real Dickensian feel to the window of Ashington Page.
Director Angela Robinson tells us the display was created by one of the firm’s Saturday support staff, Nicki Toay, for the Beaconsfield Festival of Lights themed evening, based on a Christmas Carol. Great work Nicki!
And finally today, here’s an absolutely top-class Mannequin Challenge undertaken for Children In Need by the fantastic head office staff at Acorn Group, which has Acorn, John Payne and Langford Russell amongst its agency brands - it also operates lots of other property industry services too of course.
Perhaps it could add acting to its repertoire? This MC is one of the best we’ve seen in the weeks we’ve been covering them...Well done all!

One of the better mannequin challenges, it has to be said.
I also really like the Dickensian vibe going on in Ashington Page's window. Although the actual images remind me more of Tim Burton than Dickens.
Great efforts on the window front. Can't get on board with the Mannequin craze, but the above is one of the better.
