Fine & Country this week opens a new London office in Bow, coinciding with the imminent start of its TV advertising campaign.
The agency - which has existing London offices in Fulham, Mayfair and Sydenham - is to sell new-builds as well as existing homes from the new branch. There will also be a lettings division.
Adam Tahir, business partner at what is to be called Fine & Country East London, says: ”A few decades ago, a prime residential estate agent with a worldwide reputation would not have thought to open a branch in this part of the city, but the continuing urban regeneration in East London and a thriving job market has made this the perfect move for us.”
Fine & Country has 300 offices worldwide, and will shortly begin an advertising campaign running until mid-summer on Channel 4.
The ads involve some of the agency’s vendors and their properties, and are expected to reach 20.1m viewers during the course of the campaign.
