Beresfords, which describes itself as the largest independent estate agent in Essex and Greater London, is strengthening its country property portfolio with the launch of a new brand identity for its country homes division: Beresfords Country and Village.
Beresfords was launched in 1968 and remains a family-owned company with 14 sales branches across Essex and into Greater London plus a central London office in St James; the branches serve the Greater London area, Essex and up to the Suffolk border.
The Country and Village division is based in Chelmsford with James Caffrey as its manager.
"The Beresfords brand is extremely strong in the county thanks to the company being established for nearly half a century. Although we have successfully operated in the country homes market for a number of years, we wanted to develop a brand that not only has a synergy with the mainstream Beresfords' brand but also made this specialist division suitably unique” says Caffrey.
Working alongside him will be Jamie Stephenson, Ruth Doyle, Alison Spillane and Harriet Walford.
"Unlike many of our country homes competitors, Beresfords' properties are advertised across the county into Greater and central London” explains Caffrey, who says the firm has a database of clients approaching 90,000.
