Countrywide chief executive Alison Platt is one of 10 property industry entries in the ‘Power 100 Women’ list compiled by business newspaper and website City AM.
Platt - who earlier this year was listed amongst the 50 most powerful people in the property industry by respected magazine Estates Gazette - is listed by City AM for her role at Countrywide and now as a board member of supermarket giant Tesco.
Lisa Hollands of CBRE is another entry: she is managing director of central London residential at the firm and is “now regarded of one of the most powerful people in the capital’s increasingly exclusive residential sector.”
