Waring spent 11 years as Knight Frank’s office head in Harrogate and prior to that worked at Carter Jonas as the firm’s national head of residential.
He launched his property career at Dacres where he spent 10 years and also qualified. He is now a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
In his new role, he will predominantly specialise in marketing homes priced above £500,000 in and around Harrogate, and will work with the company’s north Yorkshire branch network which includes Wetherby, Ripon, Knaresborough, Thirsk and Pateley Bridge.
