Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has expanded its network of branches in central London with the launch of new offices in Clerkenwell, EC1V and Earls Court, SW5.
The agency now has 10 branches in Zone 1 and 55 across the wider London network.
Both new branches will handle sales and lettings and complement other new openings earlier this year, at Catford and Fulham.
“Following the launch of our South Kensington and Marylebone branches in 2015, our new Clerkenwell and Earls Court branches cement our presence in Zone 1. These openings will help us deliver our exceptional standard of customer care and results to even more of the prime property market” says KFH managing director Lee Watts.
Simon Boulton and Kate Bentley have been appointed sales and lettings managers of the new Clerkenwell branch, with Mark Davidson managing the new sales team and Letisah Grosvenor the lettings team in Earls Court.
Meanwhile the UK’s oldest ongoing land agency, RH & RW Clutton, has merged with Petworth based agency Peter Hughes Country Property.
