After helping more than 40,000 people move home in the past 20 years, a Yorkshire estate agency is itself in new premises - and a soap star helped on moving day.
Sales and letting agency Linley & Simpson has relocated its Wetherby branch into flagship new premises in the heart of the market town - a move forced upon it thanks to increased business after expanding into sales in 2014.
The agency now has 11 branches across the county; Wetherby has almost 700 active buyers registered.
Emmerdale actor Jeff Hordley, who plays Cain Dingle in the TV soap, took the starring role in officially opening the new branch.
“The move to purpose-designed premises strengthens our presence on the high street and matches our increasing online profile” says branch manager Steve Kilby.
