PropTech firm Plentific has teamed up with the HomeOwners Alliance to give another platform for its ‘Find a Pro’ service highlighting local trade professionals.
Last month Plentific announced that it had secured another £2m in funding to boost its service, which lists 75,000 professionals from surveyors to plumbers and is linked with Zoopla. The new funding comes from a number of start-up sources including Property Innovation Labs.
Plentific is already on the Zoopla, PrimeLocation sites and the Planning Portal, and now it will be available on the HomeOwners Alliance site too, which claims three million users per year.
“We exist to take the stress out of buying, selling and running your home and have partnered with Plenitfic because their tool seamlessly connects homeowners in need of a local tradesmen” says HOA founder Paula Higgins.
Plentific has ambitions to develop a platform that will streamline what it believes is a £235 billion home improvement sector across Europe, and its new investment will be used to accelerate the development of additional features as well as to increase brand awareness.
