A former Lancashire councillor has been banned from entering a local estate agency.
Noel O'Brien, who has served as a Labour and independent councillor in Rossendale, was handed the restraining order following an incident in February.
After pleading guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, O'Brien was given an indefinite restraining order from Entwistle Green estate agents and three people.
The 65-year-old was fined £360 and ordered to pay £300 court costs.
O'Brien stood for re-election this May in the Helmshore ward and finished third.
The controversial figure was banned from all local council buildings in 2011 after a court found his conduct amounted to harassment and he had committed trespass on council premises.
