Hunters has another new office in its network, this time in the west Yorkshire town of Cleckheaton.
The franchise group, which is based in Yorkshire, already has an office in the nearby town of Dewbsury; both are now operared by franchisee Ashraf Esat.
Hunters, which opened its first office in York in 1992 and its first franchising branch in 2006, now has a network of more than 200 branches; it recently opened its 30th office in London with the arrival of a branch in fashionable Shoreditch, despite the challenging house market across the capital.
Glynis Frew, chief executive of Hunters, says of the new Yorkshire office: “We are delighted that Ashraf Esat and his team will be extending their offering within the Hunters network and are pleased to be strengthening our presence in this part of the country.”
The new branch will handle sales, lettings, buy to let and investment, block management, land and new homes.
