Guild links with ESTAS to bring customer service into 2018 awards

The Guild of Property Professionals is partnering with the ESTAS to introduce greater customer service elements into its 2018 awards.

Gold and silver winners for The Guild's regional estate agent and lettings awards will be awarded in the South East, South West, London, Midlands, East Anglia, Wales, North West and North.

The Guild says the ESTAS are an integral part of this year's judging, and award winners will be announced at The Guild's annual conference on February 1; submissions for these awards are now open and public voting will be open until December 31.

From the winners of the regional awards, the judges will then select the gold and silver award winners for the ‘Best Estate Agent’ and the ‘Best Lettings Agent’ 2018.

The Guild describes its partnership with The ESTAS - the only industry awards body who invites votes from the public - as "an indication of the quality and professionalism Guild Members offer on a daily basis."

It says this is why scoring for the Regional and overall winners will include a Customer Service Rating that is scored by The ESTAS and will count for 20 per cent of the total award score.
