Online agency EweMove - part of The Property Franchise Group, which recently failed to agree merger terms with Belvoir - claims one of its franchisees has earned over £500,000 commission in the past year.
In a media statement to Estate Agent Today Nick Neill, the new managing director of EweMove, says: "Our franchisees really are achieving phenomenal successes, with a staggering 83 per cent of those who have been trading in full for the last year earning over £40,000 in commission – with the highest commission achieved by an agent within the past 12 months soaring past the £500,000 mark."
Neill claims another franchisee has earned commission of £281,000 "in just a matter of months.”
There are 110 franchisees representing EweMove, which operates what it calls a 'genuine no sale, no fee and no tie-ins commitment.'
EweMove says it has also been attracting franchisees from rival traditional agencies including Foxtons, Countrywide, Andrews, and Hamptons International.
“These latest figures demonstrate just how successful our model of estate agency is, with every new franchisee able to hit the ground running right from the off without the initial need for an office or their own members of staff" says Neill.
“Both innovative and customer-focused, our business is based upon building and nurturing relationships with our customers and offering them the very best solutions to their property needs. We are committed to supporting our franchisees every step of the way in their drive for success and in helping them to deliver the highest quality customer service – and which is why the opportunities for our franchisees really are unrivalled in the industry.”

EweMove now offers a no sale no fee no high st model, a real step err ...... backwards
You might want to check your facts and re read the release. EweMove has always been no sale no fee and has never operated an upfront fee model.
Wohaa - back up there. £500,000 with one franchisee ! lets do the maths- They advertise £875 Fee (not commission) call it £1000 for simplicity -that is 500,000 properties listed in one year, make it 10 hour day 5 days a week , 260 (take out weekends) days a year is just under 2000 properties a day! And the best bit .........you don't have to sell a single property.
Is this franchise a multi office /operator business? Good propaganda though !
Alistair, you might want to edit your post.
500 thousand not 500000 thousand 🤔😂
Another case of not checking facts before posting. EweMove does not advertise a fee if £875. And they ONLY work on a no sale no fee basis. This has always been the case. Clearly you are confusing them with a different agency / company.
Sorry -over excited there -calculator playing up .
