easyProperty is to sponsor some of the most iconic property programmes on TV from January 1.
It will sponsor Sun, Sea, and Selling Houses, A Place in the Sun, and A New Life in the Sun; the sponsorship will run for four months, and viewers of these programmes will see easyProperty featured across Channel 4, More4, and All 4.
“These programmes encourage buyers to follow their property dreams, something that easyProperty is passionate about. We can’t wait to see how this campaign will continue to increase awareness and consideration of the easyProperty brand” says Adam Day, head of operations at the online agency.
He says a recent study into the effectiveness of TV sponsorship by Channel 4 found that 89 per cent of regular Channel 4 programme viewers see brands that sponsor TV programmes as more trustworthy. It has also been shown to increase likelihood of purchase.
In total, easyProperty will be sponsoring 180 hours of programming, averaging over 10 hours a week of television.
The sponsorship will focus on the concept of opening a new door for consumers. It includes the tagline ‘the online estate agent.’
