The Elf on the Shelf has been something of a craze in the build up to this Christmas, notoriously getting up to all sorts of mischief overnight.
The estate agency industry hasn’t escaped as today’s images show.
They’re from the good people of Hunters at Haywards Heath in West Sussex - we’re particularly intrigued by its attraction to the ESTAS awards and its ingenious attempt to gain access to a property via the letterbox.
And it looks particularly unsteady on those steps - one for Elf and Safety, we think.
