Thanks once more to all those agents sending in their office pics to get us in the mood for Christmas…especially as there are now just seven more sleeps to go.
We've had lots of pictures and a few videos, and you can look back at them in our archive. However, today’s entries are a little unusual.
First off we have a terrific team turn-out from the good people at Murrays Estate Agents in Stroud, enjoying the festivities and raising money for Save The Children at a Christmas-themed sale of cakes. They all look sweet and delicious (and the same goes for the cakes).

Next today we have a Christmas agency video with a difference.
It’s made by the team at Ascend Properties, one of the country’s most go-ahead and fast-expanding agencies.
The company is based in - and just loves - Manchester, and while this is a video where you glimpse the company’s office, the real purpose is to show the agency’s pride in the city where it’s based. Enjoy!
