Jason Howes, the regional director for land and new homes at Barnard Marcus, has extended his role to lead the Fox & Sons land and new homes division in Sussex as well.
Barnard Marcus and Fox & Sons are both part of Sequence UK and in his latest position, Howes is charged with developing the new division and retaining his old role.
Since joining the business in 2008 with two full time and two part time staff, Howes now manages a team of 21 and has increased Barnard Marcus’ profits five fold.
Currently, Barnard Marcus land and new homes division is instructed on more than 50 sole agency new homes sites and, in his new role, Howes will be seeking to this success in Sussex under the Fox & Sons brand.
“We will be looking to increase our developer client list to service this demand and with the aim of providing the most complete and comprehensive land and new homes package for even more developer customers. This includes assisting those developers that may be seeking off-market land opportunities – small, medium and large” says Howes.
Howes’ appointment will now incorporate 26 Fox & Sons branches locally in Sussex under his ‘patch’ which already consists of 43 Barnard Marcus branches in London.
“In order to provide the best service possible for our customers, I am looking to grow the Fox & Sons team with immediate effect” Howes says.
