New promoters and later date for Property Press Awards

Property4Media , an online service for journalists, has acquired the annual Property Press Awards.

This year’s event will take place in late May in central London, later than the traditional early spring date taken by the event since its launch in 2011 when it was run by Wriglesworth, which later became part of Instinctif.

Last year both Landlord Today/Property Investor Today editor Marc Da Silva and Estate Agent Today/Letting Agent Today editor Graham Norwood received top three awards for different categories at the event.

The 2017 awards, to be announced at an evening event following a day-long networking ‘market place’ event, will cover 20 categories:

- Lifetime Achievement Award

- National Newspaper Property Business Journalist of the Year

- International Property Journalist of the Year

- Consumer Magazine Property Journalist of the Year

- Property Trade Magazine Journalist of the Year

- Property Trade Magazine of the Year

- National Newspaper Garden Journalist of the Year

- National Newspaper Lifestyle and Interiors Journalist of the Year

- Consumer Mortgage Journalist of the Year

- Regional Property Journalist of the Year

- Property Columnist of the Year

- Scoop of the Year

- National Newspaper Property Staff Journalist of the Year

- National Newspaper Property Freelance Journalist of the Year

- National Newspaper Property Supplement of the Year

- Newcomer of the Year

- Property Commentator of the Year

- Social Media Influencer of the Year

- Property Programme of the Year
