A new recruitment push by franchise agency operation HomeXperts says its agents - who work from home - earn invoiced commissions of up to £25,000 per month.
HomeXperts claims to convert eight out of 10 market appraisals to business, compared to an industry average of around a third, while they sell at 98 per cent of the original asking price compared to an industry average of 90 per cent.
Franchises are believed to typically begin at around £10,000. The company’s latest pitch to recruit more franchisees says it is seeking “determined self-starters” and promises to provide training and support.
