A network which helps estate agents win more instructions in the land and new homes sector is launching a lead generation campaign later this year.
The Land & New Homes Network is a membership organisation set up almost exactly a year ago to provide training, support, tools and connections for non-competing independent agents across the UK.
The network’s founder, Kevin Ellis, who has worked in the land and new homes sector for more than 15 years, says the organisation is launching “a comprehensive land lead generation campaign being rolled out over the next three months.”
In its first year the network says it had handled £153m of land transactions, won £10.7m of new instructions and provided £5.8 billion worth of pricing to house builders and developers.
“We officially launched a couple of days after the Brexit result sent shockwaves through the industry. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t cause me any concern but the appetite from agents to seize the land and new home opportunity was there right from the very start. It’s been overwhelming and we currently have members with 250 office locations across the UK” says Ellis.
“Before starting the network I thought there was a massive gap in the market which independent agents could fill by offering developers and land owners the level of service they need.
“We educate our members on the best ways to source land, identify potential sites, build relationships with house builders and much more including providing them access to leading property technology.”
