The Guild of Property Professionals, which earlier this month merged with easyProperty, has now announced a new link up, this time with the online uaction service IAM Sold.
As part of the offering, Guild members will have access to both traditional and online auction services.
The Guild Auctions will provide a full support service including sales progression, customer services, and access to an auction marketing campaign.
“We are always looking at new ways to enhance our service offering to our members to give them the competitive edge and meet their customers’ needs. Giving them access to an award-winning auction service was a natural next step and we are delighted to have partnered with IAM Sold to offer an innovative route to market” says Iain McKenzie, the Guild’s chief executive.
“Prior to the roll out, we had a large amount of Guild clients in our network, so this collaboration is a natural progression and mutually beneficial” according to Jamie Cooke, managing director of IAM Sold.
The Guild Auctions will organise training days later this year, including bespoke training for the largest brands within its network.
Newcastle-based IAM Sold, which started in 2009, offers white label auction services to estate agents.
