Entries for the new ESTAS Conveyancing Awards are now open and you have just over a month to get nominations in for what promises to be the sector’s premier awards event.
The awards, sponsored by SearchFlow, follow the same pattern as the uniquely successful ESTAS awards for the estate and letting agent sector; they recognise firms based purely on data received back from customers when completing a simple online survey.
Firms taking part benefit from access to benchmarking data and a range of marketing tools including a service-themed social media campaign and customer feedback reports.
There are categories for single branch firms, regional groups and national firms and the inaugural awards ceremony will take place on October 20 at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London - a familiar venue for those attend the ESTAS agency awards.
The event will be hosted by The ESTAS brand ambassador and TV property expert Phil Spencer.
The awards are already supported by the Conveyancing Association and The Society of Licensed Conveyancers.
“We live in a world where customer reviews are becoming increasingly important in the consumer decision making process so the ESTAS is a kitemark for excellent service for any property professional involved in the house moving process” explains ESTAS founder Simon Brown.
“We’ve been recognising estate agents for 15 years now so we believe a similar award scheme for conveyancers is long overdue. We’re absolutely delighted to have the backing of the CA and SLC - another endorsement which confirms to us that conveyancers want these customer focused awards” he continues.
Greg Bryce, managing director at SearchFlow, says the new awards are poised to become the benchmark for customer service in the conveyancing sector, meaning “it made perfect sense for SearchFlow to become the headline sponsor, demonstrating our own commitment to deliver excellent service and working with conveyancing firms with a like-minded approach.”
The deadline for entries is August1 and there are more details here and at simon@theestas.com.
