Knight Frank recruits Foxtons agent to boost London sales team

Knight Frank has recruited an estate agent from Foxtons to run its Tower Bridge branch.

Daniel Woods joins from the firm’s London rival, where he covered London Bridge, Borough and Waterloo.

Woods, who previously ran a team of five negotiators, is being tasked with growing Knight Frank's sales presence in Tower Bridge to complement its successful lettings division.

"Daniel brings a fantastic energy to his new role in Tower Bridge," says Noel Flint, Knight Frank's head of London residential.

"This is an exciting prospect and an area that he knows very well so we are confident that he’ll help to build on the positive start that the office has made over the past couple of years since it opened.”

Commenting on his appointment, Woods (right) says: "The aim is to grow our market share, backing up the strength of the brand by providing clients with a first rate service."

"I love working in the area and am looking forward to expanding Knight Frank’s coverage of it.”

The global firm has also promoted Michael McHale to head up its new South Kensington Office on Old Brompton road.

The former Hamptons International and Strutt & Parker agent was previously Knight Frank's head of core market in Knightsbridge.

“I am thrilled that Michael has got the chance to take charge of our new office in South Kensington," says Flint.

"His experience in Knightsbridge and the surrounding area will stand him in great stead to further increase our presence in the market."

McHale (left) adds: “This is a very exciting opportunity for me to build Knight Frank’s South Kensington sales operation. It’s an area I know well and we are building a fantastic team capable of offering a great service at all levels of the market.”
