Foxtons is reported to have teamed up with Oracle to improve its targeted digital marketing and lead generation.
Oracle’s Marketing Cloud product allows online and social media content to be delivered in a more personal way appropriate to the user’s interests and past internet browsing history.
“The use of Oracle Marketing Cloud will help us to improve the customer the customer experience be it through personalisation, clearer signposting or a better conversion funnel” the agency’s marketing director Derren Maggs tells Net Imperative, a digital intelligence service.
Oracle claims that understanding and engaging with prospective buyers makes the agency sector value the nurturing of client relationships “more than almost any other market” and says Foxtons is using its product to “develop customer-centric solutions that provide the user with an individual brand experience.”
