Mortgage broker The Mortgage Hut has signed distribution deals with Century 21, Taylor Hill & Bond, Aspire Estate Agents and Wayne Simons Estate Agents.
The Mortgage Hut specialises in complex income and high net worth clients and has nine offices in Portsmouth, Southampton, Eastleigh, Bournemouth, Basingstoke, Winchester, Newbury, Andover and London.
Its new distribution deal also embraces software tool provider Property Bee, marketing and advertising firm Home Agency, and the Grosvenor Birch IFA firm.
“Over the last six months, demand for specialist mortgages has surged by 27 per cent and we are looking to a busy Q3 and Q4. We are also expanding our mortgage advisers team with the appointment of four new advisers, bring our team to around 50 people” says Chris Schutrups, group managing director.
