Harrods Estates has recruited an ex-Savills sales negotiator with 10 years of experience working in prime central London.
Michael Harte, who will work in Harrods' Knightsbridge office, began his career as a lettings negotiator; shortly after qualifying as a licensed ARLA agent he joined Blenheim Bishop, Mayfair, in 2006.
Following the acquisition of Blenheim Bishop by Pastor Real Estate he moved into sales, remaining with PRE for two years before moving to Savills’ Westminster office.
"The experience he brings to the Knightsbridge and Kensington offices and broader team will be invaluable. With his experience working in the luxury property sector and his excellent communication and negotiating skills I am sure he will be a great asset” says Shaun Drummond, director of sales at Harrods Estates.
Meanwhile Fine and Country Knutsford has appointed a new senior country homes consultant.
Kathryn Clowes joins the team from Bridgfords where she worked across the Cheadle, Wilmslow and Alderley Edge offices, prior to which she spent time with Reeds Rains and Gascoigne Halman.
The Fine and Country Knutsford branch is owned by Wright Marshall, which has a network of agents across Cheshire and Derbyshire.
