Horton Estate Agents - a hybrid agency which nonetheless claims to have ‘offices’ - says it will expand into 15 new areas by this time next year.
The firm, which started in January selling homes in Leicester, has now issued a statement saying it does not have a High Street presence but nonetheless has what it calls a second ‘office’ in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. It says it now operates in a third area, too - Nottinghamshire.
This “will be followed by 15 new territories over the next 12 months” says the statement.
Horton is the brainchild of 24-year-old Adam Horton (pictured).
The service only charges clients once they’ve delivered a successful sale. “In addition to this, clients are given a dedicated property expert with the aim of providing a more personal service” says the firm.
