PropTech firm Iceberg Digital has revealed an expansion of its marketing deal with franchise agency giant Hunters.
This will involve local content and a national enhanced marketing automation programme running through the Hunters website. There will also be a national social media campaign, supported through one of Iceberg’s platforms.
“We recognise the importance of local content marketing and want to equip our Hunters partners with integrated solutions that will make their local marketing easier to manage and allow them to communicate with their audience professionally and in a relevant way to help drive leads and their business. We saw success from our partnership last year and are excited to continue and expand our work in 2018” says Hunters marketing director Pernilla Tweddle.
Iceberg chief executive Mark Burgess - whose recently written book “Where Did My Industry Go?” covers the estate agency industry - says: “It’s more important than ever for both small and large agents to understand the new landscape, as it is one full of optimism and opportunity if understood correctly.”
Meanwhile virtual tour generator EyeSpy 360 has entered into a deal with agency supplier Landmark.
In addition to Landmark’s existing services, including Metropix floorplans, it will offer EyeSpy360 which allows agents to provide interactive virtual tours of each room within the floorplan.

EyeSpy360’s announcement of the deal ways it has formed a strategic partnership with Landmark, “moving towards full integration within the next few months.”
