A mortgage platform is making a pitch for online estate agencies to link with it and offer their customers “a customised mortgage recommendation in 15 minutes.”
Mojo Mortgages, a free online broker, says online agencies can take up a number of partnership options ranging from simple referrals to a white-label product.
The latter can itself be customised to allow agents to pick and choose different elements.
“Getting a mortgage is typically a frustrating and time-consuming process. The poorly executed white-label partnerships and best buy tables offered by traditional brokers' partnerships options certainly don't help. Our solution puts an end to poor customer experience and commercial performance” says Mojo co-founder and chief executive Richard Hayes.
Until the past summer Mojo was known as Nuvo Mortgages.
When it rebranded, not only did it claim that it hit a record of helping 20,000 people a month find mortgages, but it was also involved in a name tussle with Countrywide - the troubled estate agency group had called its own online digital brokerage Mojo until having to rename it Dynamo.
