Intelligent Services Group - parent company of online auction service IAM Sold - is rebranding around the IAM name.
ISG and its other companies, The Conveyancing Partnership and Medway Law, are rebranding to IAM Property and are launching a centralised platform to be called the IAM Property marketplace.
This is to be an online platform offering agents access to online auctions, conveyancing comparison technology and compliance tools.
A statement from the firm says the platform “creates a single sign on experience as well as centralised statements and billing and better business intelligence to help IAM Property clients stay ahead in a competitive environment.”
Ben Ridgway, group managing director of the IAM Property Group, says: “It made sense to do so under the IAM brand with IAM Sold being our core offering and a recognised industry name. It’s all part of our ongoing strategy to build on the services we offer, making life easier for agents and helping them to drive extra revenue in this challenging market.”
Based in Gosforth, Newcastle and operating throughout the UK, IAM Property has grown over two years from 80 employees to 158; it works with 2,300 estate agency branches nationwide.
It says it has plans to further grow the business with the development of more services to “help agents streamline their day whilst continuing to drive additional revenue.”
