Grottos and windows - more festive fun as Christmas gets closer…

The world may be going crazy outside but we’re delighted to tell you that in the estate agency industry it’s still nearly Christmas and we’re still having fun.

Thanks so much for the continuing flow of photos and videos coming in to EAT - there’s still room for more, so in between keeping up with ever-changing events if you email press@estateagenttoday.co.uk we would be delighted to share them with the industry.

Let’s start today with some spectacular pictures from those brilliant people at Redwell Estates in Bexhill in Sussex. 

For the third successive year they’ve held a Santa’s Grotto event, inviting the children from the local area to visit - and gently extracting some charitable donations from their parents. 

According to branch manager James Bush: “Fantastic day, we all get in the spirit of things, all dressing up, our broker (Dave from Fresh Financial Services) is Santa and then the rest of us end up as elves, snowmen, reindeer, penguins and the Grinch!! This year we saw over 160 children during the event, the biggest and best yet! This year we raised, £1,280.48 for Make-A-Wish.”

Congratulations James and thanks for those pictures - the team look fantastic, and The Grinch looks like a mean negotiator on behalf of clients!

Our thanks go, too, to LD Property at Salisbury - a town that deserves to have a particularly good Christmas after a difficult year.

Evelyn Barnfield has sent a great photo of the office windows and just look at that display of Santas, Snowmen, penguins, bears and the rest - lovely!
