Audioagent and KeyAGENT have merged to create the UK’s largest property marketing group.
Together they provide property marketing services to the UK’s largest estate agency groups, helping to market over 150,000 properties in 2018 through visual content services; specializing in video, professional photography, floorplans, virtual viewings, EPCs and enhancement services.
The new company, which will be known as FocalAgent, launches in the new year.
“Over the five years we have been working together, KeyAGENT has become an increasingly important partner to us. This depth of partnership made a merger a very compelling proposition” says Jeremy Hallsworth, Audioagent chief executive.
“Add to this the fact that both companies have a suite of new services and PropTech products under development, many of which have significant synergies, and the decision became a ‘no-brainer’. The opportunities for enhancing our current offering and for introducing new services are very exciting and we’ll be sharing more details with our customers and photographers in the coming months.”
Meanwhile Rolf Groenewold, KeyAGENT chief executive , adds: “It’s wonderful to reach such a significant milestone for both companies. We are coming together as two well-run companies to create something very special for our staff, customers and photographers. We have a big vision, an incredible team and strong values. We are now driving forwards with a clear focus on improving the experience of how property is sold and let. It’s a very exciting time for everyone involved.”
FocalAgent’s 120-plus staff are now headquartered in new 13,000 square foot premises dubbed ‘FocalCity”’. The company will continue to be led by the entrepreneurs from both businesses; Tom Claridge, Matt Gates, Ben Quiney, Tim Wright, Rolf Groenewold and Jeremy Hallsworth.
